Job Description

Over 7 years of experience in Information Technology with Extensive knowledge and work Experience in design and development of Database applications in Client/Server environment using Oracle Database and PL/SQL Programming. Experience in Design and maintenance of DoD Healthcare’s AHLTA-T and Theater Medical Data Interchange applications and domains. Expertise working with Oracle 10g, 9i, 8i, Developer 2000, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 10g/6i, Reports 10g/6i, SQL * Loader in relation to the AHLTA and AHLTA-T product lines. Extensive experience as Oracle Developer in utilizing PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, shell scripting, and unit testing and also involved in data extraction, transformation and loading operations on oracle using SQL Loader. Experience working with the AHLTA-T Oracle Database and support for the MEDICOMP MEDCIN ®. Customized and developed Forms and reports using Forms9i/6i, Reports10g/9i, Discoverer and Oracle BI Publisher. Knowledge in utilizing ETL and BI tools like, Oracle BI EE, Business Objects, Crystal reports. Adept Knowledge in writing UNIX shell scripts, scheduling cron jobs, DBMS_JOB and good understanding of ANSI standard C. Expert in AHLTA and AHLTA-T Data Modeling, Relational Database concepts and Entity relation diagrams (ERD). Design of and support for AHLTA-T security model and accreditation- certification artifact development. Certified scrum mater, and involved in all aspects of the Agile project planning and scheduling, System design, Functional Specification, Story generation, Design specification, DoD and MHS artifact production, preparation of impact analysis, Coding, system test plan, Rapid Testing, code review, coordinating user testing and user training, Project demonstration and Implementation of the AHLTA-T system.
